Christmas snow ride

Much to my surprise — she not being a winter rider or a snow rider at all — my wife suggested we go for a ride together on Christmas Day, instead of me going riding alone while she walked the dog or something like that.

There was one condition, however: she got to ride the Ox, while I got stuck with the regular winter commuter.

Though she did let me ride the Pug for a little while, so that I could ride through a little patch of woods.

All in all, it was a great way to get in some riding on Christmas Day.

And by the time we got home, she was talking about getting her own fat-bike. She even tried to get me to let her take mine to work today so that she wouldn’t have to take the bus. But there are limits; after all, I do want to ride it myself now and again (and by that, I mean every damn day).
