Riding for ice cream

Once or twice a year, we head northeast for a leisurely ride to and from the Sassy Cow Creamery. Not surprisingly, this ride tends to be well-attended.

Once we get there, we eat more ice cream than is good for us, and then try to ride home. I had a chocolate brownie sundae that left me not needing to eat again until about four hours later.

Not much in the way of hills on this course, so I rode the single-speed Devil.

I forget how much I like riding SS on the road until I do it again–and then I vow to do it more often. We’ll see if that pans out.
